"I'm a bit worried, more so than if I was just playing a nasty character in a one off drama. Coronation Street is so real for so many people and I can totally understand why the characters become a part of people's lives. Deep down he knows that he's as much to blame as anyone for what has happened but Sally is the closest person to him and it is in his nature to blame her. He's a very selfish man."
