Peter Greenaway has written and directed a series of movies about the life of South Wales professional writer and project maker, Tulse Luper. In this third movie, THE TULSE LUPER SUITCASES, PART III: FROM SARK TO FINISH, Stephen plays Tulse Luper as an adult.

Apparently it was shown at the Venice Film Festival on the 8th of September 2004. There is an Official Site you can have a look at. Greg's Previews over at Yahoo [which have been quite reliable in the past] says that the movie does not have a U.S. Distributor yet.
